Arrival and Dismissal Information
At this point, we are encouraging CHAMPIONS. We will take ALL students in CHAMPIONS up until they are full. Outsourced providers/agencies are to submit a written CDC plan for safety for School Age Services to review. At this time, the following daycare providers have been approved for pickup:
- Karate Studio
- Gymnastics USA
- Ladybird Academy Wickham Park
- Kiddie Academy
- Kenpo Karate

As another safety precaution, students will not be unloaded from vehicles or allowed to enter the building until 8:30 a.m. This will allow students to go directly to their classrooms upon entering the building. We strongly encourage parents to drive through the car circle.
Additional Information regarding arrival and dismissal:
- The doors will not open until 8:30 and students will go directly to their classrooms; they will not be permitted to sit in the halls as in years past. In an effort to help stagger drop off, students will not be marked tardy until 8:50.
- There is flexibility with attendance, tardies, homework, but safety precautions will not be flexible.
- CHAMPIONS and the above listed day cares are the only options right now in an effort to minimize exposure beyond our school. If another after school option approaches the school with a request, their plan and procedures will be taken into consideration before approval. This is in an effort to keep our students, teachers, staff members, and families as safe as possible.

Dismissal Information
In order to maintain necessary social distancing we are recommending all parents pick up their students from the car circle. We have also put the following procedures in place for student dismissal.
- Bike Riders and Walkers will be dismissed at 3:00. These students will be exiting through the lobby doors. Please know that once students exit the building there will be no supervision. Therefore, please do not sign your child up as a walker if you plan on picking them up in a car. Please use the car circle so your child is safe. ----Kindergarten students who are walkers will be picked up by their parent/guardian from the kindergarten door next to the bus loop at 3:00 p.m. Please make sure to remain socially distanced while waiting for your child. Parents picking students up from this area must have a sign with their student’s name and teacher’s name on it. This will assist teachers in expediting the dismissal process. Students will remain in their classroom until the parent/guardian comes.
- Car Riders will be called from their classrooms as their vehicle approaches the pickup area located under the pavilion. Car tags are required to pick up all students.
- Bus Riders and Day Care students will be called from their classrooms and asked to go to their designated loading area as their bus/van arrives. We will continue to encourage social distancing while moving from the classroom to the dismissal location.
School staff will be located at all dismissal locations and throughout the building in order to assist students with the dismissal process and ensure they arrive at the appropriate dismissal location.
