The hours in between school ending and parents returning home from work are crucial hours in the life of a child. Afterschool programs provide students the opportunity to engage in hands-on learning, interact with their peers, work under the care and supervision of supportive mentors, build on lessons learned during the school day, and more.

Before & After School Program at IES

The CHAMPIONS' Before & After school program provides children with the support, activities, and nurturing environment they need to keep learning, growing, and thriving. Far from being simple childcare, our programs offer research-based curriculum and hands-on learning experiences that support every facet of a child’s development.

• Children receive daily homework help.

• Daily reading and literacy activities designed to ignite a passion for reading and learning that promotes academic success

• Fitness-focused programming and nutrition education built into the daily activities encourage kids to understand wellness and embrace healthy living

• Weekly character development activities encourage children to adopt the strong values that help build character throughout their lives

Program Fees & Hours

• Before School (7 AM – First Bell) = $20.40/week

• After School (Dismissal – 6 PM) = $38.40/week

• Before & After School = $54.60/week

• Registration Fee = $12 – Scholarships available to those who qualify, see coordinator for details

• Discounts: Multi-Child or Military: 10%, Same School Site Employee: 50%
